At www.syntaxmart.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth and swift return process, please adhere to the following conditions:


Mandatory Conditions for Returning a Product

The returned product must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any physical damage or flaws. For clothing or footwear, you may try the item on for sizing purposes; this is still considered “unworn.”
  • Complete Package: You must include all original components delivered with the product. This includes:
    • Original tags and labels
    • User manuals and warranty cards
    • Any included freebies or promotional items
    • The original sales invoice from SyntaxMart
    • All product accessories (cables, remotes, etc.)
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging or box.
    • If your order arrived in a separate SyntaxMart box or packaging, please use that outer packaging for the return shipment.
    • DO NOT tape or place return labels/stickers directly onto the manufacturer’s product box (e.g., a laptop or shoe box) as this damages the product’s value.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

If your returned item fails to meet the requirements outlined above, we reserve the right to reject your return request, and a refund will not be processed.

Important Reminder for Rejected Returns

  • Item Reversion: If your return is rejected after our Quality Check Process, the item will be shipped back to your registered address. This process typically takes 4 to 6 business days.
  • Delivery Attempts: We will make three attempts to deliver the rejected item back to you.
  • Final Disposal: After three failed delivery attempts, the item will unfortunately be marked as abandoned and will be disposed of. No refund will be issued in this scenario.
