At Syntax Mart, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review the policy below before submitting a return or refund request.


How to Return or Request a Refund

  1. Create an Account
    If you did not create an account at the time of purchase, please create one using the same email address used during checkout.
  2. Use the Correct Email Address
    Ensure you log in with the exact email address provided at the time of purchase.
  3. Log In to Your Account
    Go to the “My Account” section on the Syntax Mart website.
  4. Go to Orders
    Navigate to the “Orders” section.
  5. Select Return/Refund
    Choose the relevant order and click on the “Refund” or “Return/Refund” option.
  6. Follow Instructions
    Fill out the online return/refund form with accurate information.
  7. Submit Refund Request
    Review the policy and press “Submit Refund Request”.

Conditions for Return & Refund

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, invoices, accessories, and freebies must be included.
  • Products must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund.

Electronics Products

  • Electronics must be returned in unused condition with original seals intact.
  • Products covered by brand/manufacturer warranty may require service-center support instead of a refund.
  • Refunds will not be provided for physical damage, liquid damage, or customer-caused issues.

Grocery & Perishable Items

  • Grocery and perishable items are non-returnable once delivered.
  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Expired product
    • Damaged or missing items
  • Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Refund Timeline & Charges

  • After successful quality inspection, refunds will be processed and completed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or an approved alternative.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Important Notes

  • All return and refund requests are subject to quality checks.
  • If a request is rejected, the item will be returned to the customer within 4–6 working days.
  • After three failed pickup or delivery attempts, the item may be marked as non-returnable, and no refund will be issued.
    Delivery Charges
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
